The Daughters of the King is a Religious Order for laywomen of the Episcopal Church. Each memeber undertakes a Rule of Life, pledging herself to a life-long program of prayer, service and envangelism, dedicated to the spread of Christ's kindgom.The St. Margaret's Chapter participates with other chapters in Southern Ohio through Annual Diocesan Assemblies and Quiet Days.
Since its origin, on October 12, 1997 the St. Margaret's Chapter has hosted an annual All Saint's Day Tea, celebrating each anniversary and a Thanksgiving Prayer Breakfast on sereral occasions. We continue out tape ministry for the sick and shut-in and have made finger rosaries for Father Ben to share with the sick when he visits. We have been uplifted and blessed by the midweek noon Eucharist and healing services. We extend an invitation to all the women of the church to join with us in this challenging endeavor.
